A Message from the TFCO

It is with great pride that I get to announce not only a happy New Year, but that Neil Harrington has successfully completed the Command Academy and is hereby promoted to the rank of Commander, with all the rights and privileges thereunto.

Also, let it be know that on Stardate: 69003.0, I hereby announce that Starbase - Deep Space Seven, under the command of Commander Cornelius Harrington III is hereby opened and its status is now a fully operational facility.
