Hay Deep Spacers,

Well with the end of Nov. 30 and the start of Dec 1, this day marks a big step in our little simm. As of today we have officially been open one year. It has been a rough year as we stabilized, working towards getting a good solid core group of players. We’ve seen friends come, and we’ve seen too many friends go. But I am very pleased with the players that we have now. We have a really good group of creative, and entertain players who together have made this a great simm. With the first year behind us I will be awarding the One Year Service Award to both myself and to Ambassador Shiral Dentara who has been with me “almost” since the beginning.

So now unto the simm and let you know some of my plans. As many have seen in recent storylines, we have been portraying more of the darker side of Star Trek. There is most definitely something going on behind the scenes within the Federation, and this will affect us all “in game”. It is this theme that we will be continuing over the next year and more so within the next 6 months. I have big plans, and yes we will see the return of Admiral Sanchez, and even the appearance of Admiral Johnston that was hinted too in several missions. My goal is to have everything really come to a head within the Federation and things take a serious turn for the worse, mid-summer. So lots of plans!

As always if you have any ideas, mission suggestions, or need help please don’t hesitate to email myself or Kaichi. We both are here to help, if you get confused. Hell, I will admit I confuse myself at times, so it is a shock that you people can even keep up with me.

So here’s to the next year may it be exciting, fun, and a hell of a lot of fun!
