Hay Deep Spacers,

So I am sitting here going through the character images folders on our server, this is the spot on the site where all your character pics are saved, and I realize this file has gotten a little weird. We have a ton of images that are not character pics. It appears, in a quick review, that several of these images are not even for our site.

I bring this up, because we use a free server for this site and I don't want to make this a collection of pics just sitting in a folder un-used. So with that in mind, all players need to read the following statement carefully.

Going forward I would like all character pics to have the character's last name as the pic name (for example; harrington1.jpg, harrington2.jpg, and harrington3.jpg) I will attempt to clean up the site and get things in order; but if you need to edit a pic in the future please try to follow these guidelines. This makes easier for me as Game Master to clean things up after a player leaves and respects our server who is hosting this game (for free).

Also keep in mind that space can be limited so we don't need 20 pics for one character. I would say a good number no more than 5 pics for player characters (your main) and maybe 1 or 2 for Protected NPCs.

On a more serious note we also need to keep in mind that children can and will view this site. Our pics need to be tasteful and appropriate for the possible younger view who stumbles to the site. I have seen several images in this folder of people naked, in panties/bra; you get the point. Just keep your pictures tasteful, and leave some to the imagination; please.

Overall, nothing to serious just some guidelines to help make site management easier (on me).
