Another Milestone

Hay Deep Spacers,

Well it seems one of our own has reached another milestone, in little over a week Ensign Aeliana Tully will have been with us for one year. So in recognition for her efforts I am hereby awarding her the Obsidian Fleet Merit of Time Served Ribbon. Congrats, Ens. Tully on your "time served" and thank you for all you do here on the simm

On a side note I have, with the help of a friend, added a mod to the BIO pages that will show everyone's awards under their character pic. When you get a moment everyone should go check that out. I am not sure if it works in each skin yet, haven't tested it out completely yet. So let me know if you encounter a problem.
