Hay Deep Spacers,

On behalf of the Command Staff and with great honor I announce that Lieutenant Peter Chrysler is hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander as well as to the position of Third Executive Officer.

Commander Chrysler has been a solid player, helping both in character and out of character. With his years of experience and dedication to the craft of simming I am positive will make a fine addition to the Command Staff and our simm.

Congrats Commander and Best of Luck!!
