New Mission

Hay Gang,

With the post that was just sent call "Briefing", we have officially switched to the next mission. Our new mission is called, "Divided We Stand" and will be a short, just for fun, mission.

To put it simply we will be taking the Galen out, for random sensor sweeps of a nearby sector of space. Once out we will pick up a distress call from the planet Criea IV. This planet should be considered long abandoned and as far as the Federation no life on the planet. So naturally we are puzzled and confused. Once at the planet we will send down our standard away team and unknowingly activate a defense computer that will blend in a little Hunger Games meets Star Trek. A battle of survival of the fittest, with a few twists and such along the way.

I have set this mission up to be very free form once we are on the planet. You are welcome to JP and include as many people as you would like, or solo post the entire event from your characters point of view. There is of course a bit more to the mission, as it is not "that simple" but read the summary section to get more.

I will be starting a JP tonight, to set the stage, for the beam down. I don't expect this to be a long JP so get your tags in quick and wait and see what happens. (evil grin).

We still have our side mission "The Once and Future King" and it is developing nicely with post soon. We also have our up and coming switch the Roanoke, and a few things going out about that soon.

Lots of interesting and exciting things happening, but I know it can get confusing, so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
