Hay Deep Spacers,

Please join me in giving a hearty congrats, and a pat on the back to Lt Cmdr Chrysler for his one year of service to our game. In honor of his service it is my privilege to award him the "Obsidian Fleet Merit of Time Served" Ribbon.

Thanks for all your help, assistance, and guidance. You are a wonderful asset to the game.
