Command Staff Addition

Crew,

Well after reviewing three applications, and giving it some long thought I have selected a new Executive Officer. I would like everyone to give a warm welcome to Lieutenant Commander Desmond Westbrooks played by Endia. Commander Westbrooks comes to us with lots of experience, creativity, and passion. I truly am looking for to work with Commander Westbrooks and seeing what he brings to the table. Commander Westbrooks is a different type of Officer, not your normal "Fleeter" so I encourage each of you to look over his bio and send him a shout out.

I know we've had a lot of changes in the XO position in the short time we've been active so the Commander and I have opted to bring in Westbrooks as 2XO, with my NPC Mia still serving as Acting XO. This way things don't have to change up all over again, then at an appropriate time Commander Westbrooks will be made the "XO" in game and Mia will be moved off.
