Crew Removals

Hay Deep Spacers,

Regrettably a few players have been removed from the simm due to extreme inactivity. I won't list their names here in an open email for all to see. For those of you who wish to review the manifest you will be able to see who is no longer with us.

On a side note I can't stress this enough; communication, communication, communication. None of us in the Command Staff are telepaths we don't know what is going on in your RL and yes we all know you have one. If you are unable to remain active, especially for a long period of time, then talk to us and we will be able to work things out.

You as players are able to request an LOA if needed, even an Extended LOA if the situation warrants it. As Commanding Officer I would much rather work things out and find a solution then have to remove someone.

So don't be afraid to send emails once and a while to just let us know what's happening, or make use of that OOC discussion. It is a great way to keep in touch and communicate.
