Physical Description		Adira has a slim build, but never thought of herself as skinny. She had a well-shaped face and pouty lips, and dark skin. Her eyes are bright and dominate her features, drawing everyone to the spark inside. Her dark hair is natural curl to it. She has several tattoos, one saying Banner on her hip, and a trio of flowers on her arm, symbolizing her three children who have died. Their names are also marked on the insides of her wrists. Jonus Charles Ariana She likes to present herself well, but likes to remain casual to ensure she can fight or run when needed. Her favorite jacket is a blue or red leather.

History

Personal History

Adira was born on earth in an alternate reality. In this universe there was an Empire that ruled with an iron first. As she grew up she disliked what she saw and found friends among the rebellion. Finding that she was good at taking pictures and hearing stories she began to study journalist. With the empire all stories highlighted the wonders of the empire. Adira began to publish articles for the rebellion in secret, and started to act out against the empire along with her cousin Cara. Because of her activities she had to stay on the move and left earth fairly early. She found herself on a planet with a lot of activity for the rebellion, and it was there she met Adam Banner. He was an explosives expert making a lot of connections on both side, The rebellion and the Empire. He was charming and handsome, but Adira was passionate about helping the Rebellion bring down the Empire that she didn't want to be distracted. She published several articles that exposed the Empress for the evil woman she was. Her words were getting attention, and it put a target on her back. After several near misses Adira needed to go to ground for a time. While hiding away she got closer to Adam, and she liked his passion and charming spirit. He liked to control his enviroment and that was something Adira needed herself. He also never let an opportunity pass. He soon won her over and the married quickly and with in months she was with child. They brought a son, Jonus, in to the world. After hiding for a while Adira just could not keep quiet about the evils of the empire. She began taking pictures and publishing stories about she was seeing. Adam was not happy about this as he felt it put Jonus in danger. She wanted him to grow up free, so she persisted, despite Adams need to move around a lot for work. Wherever they went she found the rebels and got involved. The marriage got difficult as neither Adam or Adira wanted to back down from their passionate opinions. Things were unsettled still when tragedy struck. While on a transport in the city they were the victims of a bombing that destroyed their transport. With her husband and son dead Adira lost herself. She dove deeper in to her rebel activities and drank her cares away. She met Neil Harrington in a bar. Both were the parents of dead children. His daughter Tess had been killed not long before, causing a separation between him and his wife. Adira and Neil began to lose their troubles in each other. Adira quickly fell pregnant, it was a bitter sweet moment, but bonded her and Neil together, and love began to grow despite their faults. She gave birth to fraternal twins, which they named Ariana and Charles. For a short time life was calm and sweet. They had a home, and were recovering from their pains, but the enemies of their pasts were not willing to leave them both be. The Empress was on the hunt for the author of some very exposing and inflammatory articles. She was finding her loyalists using this rebel authors information to betray her. Neils ex wife was a leader in the rebellion, and she was not about to let him be happy when she wasn't. For a brief flash in history the empire and the rebellion had a single focus in their enemies. The empire provided Lucia, Neil's ex, with their location. She struck at them in the in the deepest way possible, taking the lives of Ariana and Charles. They were left on the floor for Adira and Neil to find. The discovery destroyed them both, and it was only a matter of days before Neil was also dead. Evidence pointed to the Empire causing the death of her new family, and they had been the reason her first husband and child were dead. She exposed herself as the empresses enemy and was quickly captured and taken to the palace to be put to death. Before we execution she was freed by a man in the palace who wanted to end the Empresses reign. The man told her the Empress had crossed over to another universe, she didn't know why, but the man gave her the chance to end things. She would likely die, but she'd have the chance to take out the empress and making the universe better for every one. When she arrived in the other universe she started to track the empress and found her caught by the federation. As she arrived to kill the woman she came faced to face with Neil Harrington. Both of them felt they had seen a ghost. Adira was supposed to be dead. Being from another universe, there was another Adira Toril that had lived in the prime universe. Many things in their lives had lined up fairly well, including their connection to Neil Harrington. The PU Adira had not told Neil that she was pregnant with the twins and only revealed their existence when they were 3 months old. When she had arrived at Neils location he was engaged to another woman, and Adiras presence with two children caused complications in all their relationships. The Empress had crossed over to the prime universe, for reasons Adira did not know. She happened to be the duplicate of Harringtons Fiancé. Because of the distraction Adira was to Neil, and her hatred of Mirror Adira she murdered the Prime Adira, intent on stealing her family for herself. Her plot was discovered and she was arrested. This was the moment Mirror Adira arrived, hunting the Empress, prepared to kill her. Encountering Neil changed everything for both of them. She had nothing left, and he found himself minus a mother for his two young children. Finding out the twins lived in this universe had been their undoing. The pair hatched a plan which swapped the two women, leaving the body of the dead prime Adira in the mirror, and the Mirror Adira here in the prime, taking her place. The Empress ended up dead, but not by Neil or Adiras hand. The plot and the needs of the children drew the pair together, but the secret was hard to keep. They eventually married, but she had struggled to take the place of Adira as while they had a similar history they were vastly different people. Prime Adira was sweet, but selfish, manipulative and self centered, things that Mirror universe Adira were not. She quickly lost the job that prime Adira had obtained, her relationships strained as she was no longer aware of details and history. Studying prime Adiras logs only did so much for her. Too many people knew and eventually Adira stealing the life of a dead woman became a problem. Neil was brought up on charges and Adira was forced to open up about her actions. He was demoted and sent back to the station, and Adira was told to remain on earth while they sorted out her citizenship. Things took a turn for the worst as someone did not like the result of Neils trial. They got Federation Family services involved and took the children from Adira who had stayed on earth with them while Neil went back to work. Adira was taken in to custedy by the DTI, and informed she did not belong here. However since she was thought to be dead they could give her work and help her get asylum. Finding no choice, she agreed, and returned to the station and is trying to recoup her life, her husband, and her children.
