| Personal History | The Faux symbiont: ------------------ When the first true, stable joining was achieved, Faux was the sixth symbiont to be joined. There have been six hosts since, spanning more than seven hundred years. What follows is a short history of each: (With commentary by Deni Faux.) Laran Faux:(M) An artist. His works, though not recognized as especially gifted, have since joined those of the great masters in the Grand Hall on Trill. "Faux was first joined eight hundred and forty-nine years ago to an artist. He would absolutely freak if he learned his works stood in the hall of masters because of the association with the Faux. He was the strangest little man, who’s life was technically flawlessness. He was a perfectionist, you can image who that worked with being an artist.” Ariona Faux:(F) A psychologist with a passion for sailing. "Ariona liked to sailing, I could tell you everything about the construction and operation of a wood, single masted sailing boat. Literally everything, although I had never set foot in a boat, nor seen one. Supposedly she was a psychologist, but she didn’t listened to her patients. She was always staring out the window at the ocean." Ternis Faux:(M) A court Judge who rose to eventually become the Prime Minister of Trill. Adrox is well remembered in Trill history and the Faux symbiont has been recognized ever since. "That's where I, or Faux got famous. Ternis was Prime Minister of Trill at roughly the point of your World War I. It was a time of growth for Trill, having just recovered from a similar conflict of it's own, the last one in Trill history. The symbionts gave us a new appreciation for life, and a new found respect for it.” "Ternis was a very responsible and hardworking man. Everything in his life was scheduled and organized, he even had his husbandly duties penciled in for every second tuesday. He did make a very good leader though. He had an amazing attention to detail and actually believed he could solve every problem on Trill, it was just a matter of time. Died of a massive aneurysm, out like a light." Jadza Faux:(F) Diplomat and politician, the second Faux host to become Prime Minister. Died in office under suspicious circumstances, the cause is still unknown. "Jadza was Prime Minister too. She was assassinated, can't tell you by who though. The poison was meant to get the symbiont too. It failed but it wiped out her memories from those last weeks. If I ever get a chance to go back in time, that's where I'm going." Kyrania Faux:(F) An Engineer, she helped lay the groundwork for modern Trill naval ships used today. She died of radiation burns, the result of a failed experiment in a warp core engine. "Kyrania was the smartest. She did work that I can't understand. I have her memories and I still can't figure it out how to program a replicator. I honestly think she was smarter than Faux Halia Faux:(F) The longest lived host, Halia was the Trill ambassador to Earth. She also worked closely with the Federation Diplomatic corps. "Halia was the driest, most emotionless little negotiator Starfleet ever had. I honestly thought she'd never die. I still don’t understand her humor, and I am not sure I want to.” |
