History
Personal History | At the age of 17 was caught hacking in to a Starfleet secure server on behalf of the Rising Wave group. She had joined them in a rebellious stage in her life, to which some degree has remained. She believed all information should be free to access and for it to be held behind the wall of Starfleet was unfair. People needed to know truth. Maisy was in a cell when her father returned on the USS Ra and gave her a lecture and a chance. He'd pulled a few favours to get his 'troublesome' daughter a reprieve. She would enlist in Starfleet to be shown why secrets were important, why the freedom of ALL information is not a wise idea. She still struggles with that and her attitude to this forced service has not gone unnoticed. She refers to her uniform as a red jumpsuit and lacks the etiquette when speaking to officers of higher ranks... which is just about everyone. |
