Physical Description		Howard is broad shouldered with a long torso and short legs. He has a tree of life tattoo on his left leg, scandavian masks on his left shoulder and a Celtic horse on his right shoulder. He also has an IDIC tattooed to his right calf and an owl on his right scapula. He keeps his facial hair in a goatee or a neat beard fade. The glasses he wears are for fashion and not function.

General Overview		Howard was born in New York on Earth where he lived until the age of 18. It was then that he entered Starfleet Academy. He always had a love for science and medicine. So he pursued a career in Starfleet Medical. After graduation from the Academy he attended Starfleet Medical for his medical degree this was followed by the standard residency. He has always had a fascination with space and medicine. Starfleet allowed him to follow both. He is a little sarcastic when off duty. He lives his life by the oath to first do no harm. Even if he suffers the effects of all that he has seen.
