This is merely a guideline for you to follow when considering to make your NPCs. Any rule stated here can be overturned by a member of the Command Team. Please contact them if you have any questions.

1) The following must be filled in on your NPC biography page: Name, Rank, Position, Gender, Species, Age, Height, Weight, Hair and Eye Colour.

2) Under NO circumstances can any NPC be of a rank higher than the character's player character, without Command Team approval. Assistant Department Head NPCs may be of a rank equal to that of the Department Head. Please note that Master Chief Petty Officer is reserved for the Command Chief, or requires CO approval.

3) If the word "Officer" is used in the NPC position, this NPC can be ranked no lower than Warrant Officer.

4) NPCs must also still comply with the standard rules for characters ie: forbidden species, etc.
