Good Evening Gang,

I meant to get this in to go along with his work as Second Executive Officer, but you know me.. I forget things rather easily. That being said and coupled with the title of this news article, I am hereby granting Marine Captain Patton the rank of Major.

He's been a valued help to me on the command team and instrumental in many OOC areas. I know he's been a bit busy lately with his wedding, Covid as an EMT, and real-life; but Howie has been a steady presence here and someone I consider a friend. I know now with his wedding over, and the holidays behind us, we will be seeing more of him.. (probably cause he's avoiding his wife) HAHA!

He does have an odd attachment to Intel Officer.. Ok, now I am getting off track.

Thanks for all your help my friend, and your continued help. I can't wait to see what you continue to come up with over the next year.
