Tatiana loved hearing the lively sounds coming from the door way of FUBAR. It just invigorated her, and she felt goosebumps springing up on her skin. She stepped inside with Aer, and just perused the area. She could see men and women having boisterous conversations, she then looked at Aer. "Do you have a favorite place you like to sit at or just belly up to the bar?"

"I usually--" Aer was cut off.

Alden had a man by the scruff of his shirt and proceeded to launch him, with a lot of gusto, out the front of his bar. Without batting an eyelid as to what just occurred he looked at Aer, "Ms Feshau..." he then turned to Tatiana, "Ma'am." he said with a respectful nod, his Texan drawl catching the air before he made his way back behind the bar.

"That's Alden." Aer said as if that was all the explanation that was needed. "But what I was going to say is I usually prop myself up at the bar... it's close to the snacks and when Jack's not here it means I don't need to move far for refills." she said with a weak smile.

"Well lets go take a seat at the bar and I'll see if Alden would make me up some nachos, and like you said plenty of snacks." not paying attention to the man who had been tossed out on his ear by Alden. "Besides, I would love to hear Alden speak some more." then she winked at Aer. "Can't resist a Texan drawl like his."

"I do vote for nachos, he does make yummy nachos with 3 kinds of cheese and jalapenos." Aer said as her mind began to fantasise about the foody goodness. Quickly she snapped her mind back, "Alden! You know what I want." She grinned.

"Right you are, Ms Feshau." Alden spoke with a low tone. He looked over at her companion, "And what would you like, ma'am? I am at your disposal."

"I'd like the same thing she has, and do you have the makings of a sandwich or even chicken wings? I like things just a wee bit spicy but not too much where I can't taste the food." taking a seat next to Aer. "And my name is Tatiana." she having a slight Romanian accent.

Alden frowned a little in thought. More often than not he didn't even know he was doing it, but he looked up at Tatiana and smiled. "I keep a stock of real chicken wings, couple of drums... more of a thigh man myself." he flirted as his eyes lingered. "But I do have my own recipe, Kickin chicken wings. Right amount of spice to give you a kick but still let you feel somethin." he smirked and looked at Aer. "Don't worry darlin', you ain't getting left out. I know how you like yours."

Aer fussed her hands up at him. She knew he would feed her eventually, she wasn't that bothered when and it was nice to see him light up... if you could call it that.

"Well well, I do like the sound of the chicken wings. Add that as a side to the nachos, and something you think would work well and a drink make it... A good strong one." her eyes travelling his frame.

Tatiana then turned to Aer. "I like this place already. Just my style. I used to serve on a Terra forming ship. Was a good experience and the triplets thrived." she said quietly.

"This place does have its charms." Aer admitted truthfully. "A terraforming ship? My sister happens to be a terraformer... but I am guessing you already knew that?" she half asked.

"Yes I did, your sister Tia is rather renown in that world. And I do recall Lucian had mentioned her at one time. He had a crush on her for a time. It almost seems that our families tend to drift into each others paths. I am wondering just how often that has occurred before." Tatiana replied.

"Oh don't let her hear you say that. Her head is big enough that sometimes I think she's just looking for a world that will support its weight." Aer rolled her eyes. Secretly she was proud of Tiana, she had accomplished so much in her short life so far and Aer often felt she didn't quite match up in the family's eyes. "But it is a funny thing how fate can push people together, family's together along the same path. If only for a while."

Tatiana nodded, " I do agree, once I resume contact with Lucian, and the triplets have reconnected, I may find a place to just put my feet up and quit having the gypsy life. If I can stay still that long. And if Starfleet doesn't need me anymore. Or when I find the connections that despot uncle of theirs has and then close that chapter down. I need to get that finished, and be able to put the words in the last chapter, The End." she then scooped up some snacks and tossed a couple into her mouth to munch on them.

"Here ya go ladies." Alden said bringing them their cold beers, nachos and the kickin chicken wings. "On the house, it's not often someone lightens up the place, but you two sure do just that."

"Thank you, Alden." Aer spoke softly and her eyes lit up at the very sight of the food.

"I don't think a story can truly be closed unless all chapters reach a conclusion. So, I think you need to find Lucian and 'deal' with their uncle. I am of course not condoning the death of someone openly, but I understand the need for 'closure'."

"Thank you, Alden." looking rather appreciatively at the food he brought over, then then back up to him. she said, "This looks absolutely delicious." then she answered Aer. "I think that if I were to deal with him in a final way, it won't be through death. If I can paralyze him so to speak, lop off the connections that he has he'd be sitting in a cell, all by his lonesome perhaps even in isolation. No contact except for his jailor, I would be happy indeed. Then he can die alone. That would be a very happy ending there." picking up one of the wings and bit into it, her eyes closing for a moment enjoying the burst of flavors, and the spicy kick as well. "Oh these are superb Alden!" she exclaimed.

"I think that sounds better, yeah. Death would be too easy for what he's done to the family. Sometimes there are greater tortures than losing a life." She added throwing a nacho in her mouth.

Tatiana nodded while she was chewing, then took a drink of her beer. Setting the glass down, she wiped her mouth. "And I want that bastard to suffer, truly suffer. He had my sister killed right after she had her babies. I was there after finding her, she had the babies, she got to see them, named them. She went to sleep and I had left to take the babies to the nursery. Yes I broke into prison just to see her. To get her out of that prison. When I came back, she was happy and we were making the plans on getting her out. Then she died... I watched her die not realizing that he had slipped poison in her IV... I tried to save her." Tatiana grabbed her drink and drained it, then said to Alden, "May I have something stronger please?"

While she waited, Tatiana continued her tale "I still got her out of prison that night, and took the babies as well. I had help, I owed favors and I did repay them." a grim look crossed her face.

"Sure thing." Alden announced as he finished pouring a drink for another patron. As he walked down the bar he snatched up a bottle from the bottom shelf out of sight of the others. It was green, and potentially illegal stuff. Romulan ale... she looked like she needed it. He poured her a small glass and placed it down as she was still talking to Aer at the moment.

"That sounds terrible." Aer said solemnly. "Makes you wonder if what you do in life makes any real change to the galaxy." she said somewhat philosophically. "Reminds of the Earth legend of the Hydra monster. Remove one head, two more pop up to take its place."

Tatiana looked at the drink Alden placed in front of her then looked at him with a grateful smile and nod. "Thank you." she said, and took a drink from it, not downing it in one gulp. She could feel the burn of it drifting down.

"Well, at least he's in jail, and my sister was cleared, posthumously found not guilty, and my kids are not being raised by that monster." she drank the rest of the glass, "It was his plan, and it was an awful plan. They wouldn't have known that he wasn't their dad at all."

"I would imagine they would have turned out a a trio of terrible troublemakers, if you excuse the alliteration." Aer had only just noticed she'd been quite lyrical. "They are quite lucky to have you. Mothers always know best for their children. I don't know where I'd be without mine." She admitted.

Tatiana smiled softly, "They did have their own mischief but it has been less than what they would have been being raised by him. They would have been the terror trio, heaven help anyone who would have gotten in their way. These three when teamed up together are a formidable force to be reckoned with. In fact even just the two of them, Lucian and Stefan, they saved myself and their sister when we were caught in a very precarious situation." This she spoke of in a hushed tone. "Camelia and I were in just a wee bit of a deadly area. And those two came in and got us out. I was close to dying that day, and Camelia was almost there too."

"Well..." Aer said raising a nacho, "I for one am very happy they saved you. You're one of the good ones, I can tell... even without using my pheromones." She said with a smile. "Nothing binds us together stronger than family. Family is a constant most of us are lucky to be able to count on when we need it."

Tatiana gave a slight smile, "I thank you for thinking that way." raising up one of her chicken wings in salute before biting into it. She went quiet as she ate a bit more, seeming to go into a contemplative mode. She then asked Alden, "may I have another beer please?" before turning back to Aer. "you are a good one as well. I can tell that already and without Stefan's radiant report of you." she gave a grin. "I think he has a slight crush on you even though you are going to be married. However, he's not about to cause you any trouble between you and your intended."

Alden nodded and brought her a cold beer fresh from the tap. He removed the old glass and replaced space with the beer and a new napkin as a placemat.

"He sent a report about me?" Aer asked. "Well now I'm just curious." She grinned. "Yes, I know he does. My species has an empathic sense so I caught wind of his feelings. I know he won't do anything to cause trouble, truthfully it hasn't ever crossed my mind. I know he's an honorable man. A very handsome, intelligent and talented... honourable man. I know he's there for me, and I him, but as friends and I think he's happy with that."

Tatiana's eyes crinkled up with her smile at Aer. "Aye, he is happy with that. And I think until this bit with his brother is taken care of, I don't know if he is going to settle down with anyone. I know I am divulging a bit to you but, I trust you. Things that he simply doesn't really speak of to others. Not even me, but I can see the signs there. Maybe he takes after me more than the others." She chuckled quietly before picking up her glass of beer then paused to say to Alden. "Thank you." looking into his eyes for a lingering moment then her gaze went back to Aer.

"Lucian is like his father and Camelia is a lot like my sister. I can see the familial traits in them." she looked down at the glass of beer watching as several drops of moisture slide down the side of the glass, becoming lost in thought once more.

"In a way it is nice that Camelia is like your sister, it keeps her memory live in some ways, and she is never forgotten as her legacy lives on in the three of them." Aer replied with a soft smile. "Family is important, and as you know can be lost in an instant." she added rather solemnly.

Tatiana looked from the glass towards Aer. "I am glad as well." giving a slight smile. She worked a bit more on eating her nachos, enjoying the crunch, the cheese gooey taste and the bite of the jalapenos. She had another drink of her beer. Feeling like being silent for the time being, then paused and looked at Aer, "Is there anything you'd like to ask me since I've been occupying your ears and also Alden's?"

"It might surprise you that I do not like to pry." Aer laughed. "I know I do it for a living but sometimes it is nice when in company to just talk about random things and not get bogged down in digging... like for random sake... what is your favourite alcohol?" she asked nodding at Alden. "I am sure Alden would like to know."

"I do like a good whiskey, and I do love Baileys Irish Creme. And I do like rum. I think it all depends on the mood I am. And that particular strong drink you gave me Alden, hit the spot just nicely. Even a beer which compliments the food I am eating." She thought for a moment, "Maybe I don't have a favorite as there are quite a few alcohol's out there that I've enjoyed."

Aer laughed. "So, basically most alcohol?" she giggled a little as the sweet nectar she drank slowly infected her system. Her ribs hurt a little around the area in which she was stabbed causing her to wince a little but she tried to hide it as she turned and took a sip of her drink. "Ok, another question. What made you pick Starfleet Intelligence?"

"Because I felt it was something I would be good at. I seemed to have a knack for gleaning information about things around home, and abroad when I was young. Someone once told me I would actually make an excellent information gatherer. I had been approached by the intelligence group in my home country and well I didn't want to be kept on the planet." picking up one of the last two chicken wings to take a bite. "It stood me in good stead for what happened, having those skills with the children."

"Fair enough. I followed my father around for years as he did his pompous relationship building with other worlds. Whilst he made his connections, I made mine. He wanted me to follow in his footsteps and be part of our people's governing body... but I chose a different path. One in grey. He wasn't very happy with me." Aer replied.

"Well hopefully he hadn't given you a lot of grief for your decision. You in my own opinion, are really good, and definitely have the talent for it." She ate the last of her chicken wings and drank the last drop of her beer. "That was mighty fine food, Alden." giving him an appreciative look. Then she commented, "And now, I think I need to go get myself a place to rest my weary head, and a pillow to snuggle up to." Tatiana giving a stretch.

"Thank you." Aer blushed a little, although the alcohol might have played a part in that. "My father was disappointed and didn't hide that. Its made our relationship a little strained but I think he's coming around." Aer added as Tatiana finished her food and spoke to Alden.

He nodded towards her, and offered his thanks.

"If you don't have anywhere, my couch is always free." Aer offered. "I'm on my own with Jack being away so it won't be too noisy. Although if you have a room somewhere else that's fine too." Aer wrote down her quarters number. "Just in case."

Tatiana took a long glance at Aer, then seemed to make up her mind on something. "I'll occupy your couch. I've not gotten a room as of yet. Unless Alden has a couch in the back for me." giving a wink towards the man, giving a coy smile. "Other than that, you won't have to worry about me snoring, Aer. I have been told I don't."

"Darlin' if you come with me you ain't making the couch." Alden quipped back at her.

"If you want my couch, with no strings..." Aer looked at Alden. "Then is it yours." she smiled. "I'll program the door settings to let you in."

"That sounds like a plan." Tatiana replied with a smile. "In the mean time I'll be exploring the station."
