"Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because Fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; Truth isn't." - Mark Twain

With three suspects on the station, tensions are at an all-time high. The Porter's affair with a Klingon General's wife, a Ferengi who was being blackmailed, and the quiet Trill, who may have been plagiarized, all had motives for murder. Will justice be served before the killer slips away into the shadows forever? The stakes have never been higher, and the truth must be uncovered at any cost. It's a race against time to uncover the truth behind the murder of Jackson Porter before it's too late.

The crew of Poseidon Station, together with the Aquilians, find an old temple-like structure that’s half-buried underground and located in one of the dense jungles on planet Aquil. A team consisting of both Starfleet officers and Aquilians is sent to investigate. The inner walls of the temple are covered with pictograms and other markings (think hieroglyphs). Some of them look familiar to the Aquilians and describe certain aspects of their religion and also of a time when they, as a species, were able to perform extraordinary mental acts.

Deep inside the temple, ancient - but still advanced - alien technology is found that has never been encountered before. It obviously doesn’t belong there. One type of system seems to be a cryo chamber, and there are a lot of those. Others bear similarities to a biobed. And yet another seems to have functioned as a computer. The rest is unknown.

A more gruesome find is the discovery of several Aquilian skeletons. Some of the skulls show scratches, others have multiple tiny holes in them.

To what end was the temple built?

Why is there advanced alien technology inside the temple?

What was the cause of death of the (primitive) Aquilians?

The team is faced with a big mystery. One which they can only solve by working together.

Can the crew deal with finding what is happening to them before it's too late?

Fresh from their shoreleave on Earth, the Nogura is ordered to the Carlson Nebula to investigate several strange readings recently picked up on long range scans. It is a simple mission and after the events on Prolla 5, the crew is rather pleased. Upon arrival at the Nebula, Harrington orders each department into their assigned task. With no explanation or reason for how this took place, the Nogura begins their scan of the Nebula only to find all the previous strange readings now gone. Launching a probe, Harrington orders the Nogura to remain and analyze the data. But is all as it really seems? Or did something happen, that no one is aware of?

With all scans showing things returning to normal Harrington orders several probes to be left behind and preps his report to Star Fleet. Harrington's only goal is to get out of the Nebula and not subject the crew to its strange devices.

But things are not as they seem and it would appear someone, somewhere is trying to reach the Nogura. Things go from strange to worse, when the ship receives a distress call from an Alternate Reality, a Mirror Universe. Someone is not what they seem, and is operating on a Nogura, hiding in plain sight. One of their own has been kidnapped, but to where and why? With little to go on, the Nogura must race against the clock to solve a mystery spanning two universes.

"We are all born alone and die alone. The loneliness is definitely part of the journey of life." ~Jenova Chen

Fresh from their vacation on Risa, the Nogura is ordered to rendezvous with a large ship traveling at slow speed in Federation space. Sent to make contact and establish a dialog, the Nogura encounters an alien vessel many times larger than anything in the Federation databases; almost 50 times bigger than any known ship. Starting their initial scans the object tractors the Nogura into the behemoth interior and begins to make the ship a part of itself, in effect assimilating the Nogura and her crew. Though the crew manages to get shields up, it's only a matter of time before the Nogura is forever trapped.

Sending out teams to explore the alien vessel, the crew find terrariums constructed for the thousands of other sentient beings captured and their descendants imprisoned. Many familiar and unfamiliar races are found, from across the Gamma and Delta Quadrants. Further, searching reveals that an AI, who calls himself the Collector, is responsible for the vessel's mission. The ship is eons old, traveling at very low speed (slower-than-light), capturing and adding aliens from ships and planets to its collection. The computers are degrading and have lost track of where it came from and why it's collecting.

While the crew seems to be powerless to escape, they opt to determine the nature of the Collector and help it and/or put an end to its mission while relocating the many intelligent beings aboard the vessel to new homes. Can the crew figure out this AIs plans and get their ship out in time, or will they be lost to the Collector for good?
