1) It is important to note that although this mission is very Science, Medical, Counseling based it still will effect every single area of the station. There won't be a person not effected by this; and I don't mean infected.
2) Those crew members who don't have a direct tie to solving the problem can get infected should they desire; Ops, Engineering, Air Group.. etc
3) Security/Marines will be tasked with keep peace and ensuring that the quarantine stays in effect.
4) Science/Medical will be tasked with figuring out the virus and how to combat it. (Sidenote: the planet the Lian Yu passengers came from has been in a state of war for some time, recently diving into genetically modified super weapons to pinpoint attack the opposing sides.. so this virus should be one of the advance modification you've seen)
5) Counseling I don't need to tell you your job, as I am sure you can see you will be working with Medical very heavily to deal with crew problems..
